As our services continue to grow, we decided that on Friday, January 12th, 2024, we would start migrating to a new server. This move was intended to support our expansion at a more stable rate without increasing costs in the years to come. We successfully completed the migration to our new dedicated server on the same day. However, unfortunately, on Saturday, January 13th, our services began to degrade significantly, leading to a loss of access to our website, bot, Minecraft server, and some app-related features. These issues persisted until late on Sunday, January 14th, when we decided to switch to a different server. Since then, our services have nearly returned to normal, with the exception of a few missing features on our Discord Bot. What went wrong? Due to the nature of the issue, it's challenging to pinpoint exactly what went wrong. We suspect that faulty or defective hardware was to blame, though we cannot be 100% certain of the cause. What we can assure you is that if a similar issue arises in the future, we will respond more quickly and transparently to restore our services.
